controlled by Promontory Enterprises, were developed, managed or
acquired by our executive team and illustrate our experience in development,
construction, acquisition, property management and financing.
With well over 40 years’ combined real estate investment experience,
Promontory’s management team has the breadth and depth of
knowledge investors need when looking to maximize investment gain
while minimizing risk.
Promontory executives track markets and economic activity closely to
both anticipate and react to changes in supply and demand. For example,
in the early 2000s economic indicators signaled a shift in real
estate investment activity which required increased capacity and a
new development division that aggressively pursued market penetration
opportunities nationwide. This strategy resulted in overall volume
of real estate investments soaring to approximately 900% from
2001—2005.
The extensive national reach of Promontory’s management team
helps to ensure that investor portfolios are well-diversified and risk is
minimized. The properties and projects our executives have experience
with reach across twenty states. This experience includes acquisitions,
development, brokerage, leasing, and/or property management.
Total portfolio experience includes more than $1 billion and
over 15MM square feet over a wide range of real estate types. These
property types include office, retail, light industrial/flex, subsidized and
conventional multi-family housing, and hotels such as Budget Host,
Ramada and Best Western.

that vary greatly in size and by product type.
